Exchange Policy

We aim to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our policy carefully:

  • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery and are only applicable for items that are defective or incorrect.
  • Customers are required to inspect their parcel at the time of delivery and must provide clear evidence (photos or videos) of any defect or incorrect item immediately upon receiving the order.
  • To initiate an exchange request, customers must contact us at gentsnjewels1@gmail.com within the 7-day period and include their order details along with proof of the issue.
  • Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will be provided with our warehouse address for returning the item. Items sent back without approval may not be accepted.
  • The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging.
  • Please note that no cash refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
  • In case the requested exchange item is not available in stock, customers will be issued a store credit valid for 15 days, which can be used for future purchases.
